  • Which integrations are supported?

    Out of the box: Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Faire, retailer EDI portals (UNFI, KeHE, Whole Foods, Sephora, Ulta, Target), and the major 3PLs (ShipBob, ShipHero, Flowspace). Custom integrations are available on Scale.

  • How long does implementation take?

    Most Starter and Growth customers are live within a week. Connecting your channels and accounting takes an afternoon; the agents need a few days of historical data to calibrate forecasts and reconciliation rules.

  • Who owns the data?

    You do. Your data is yours, exportable in standard formats (CSV, Parquet) at any time. We don't train shared models on your data; agents are tuned per-tenant.

  • What about security?

    Customer data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We connect to your systems through their official APIs and scope our access to the minimum needed for each workflow.

  • Who is Tahini not for?
